Member of the Warsaw Bar Association, has been specializing in family law for years. She began her career working at the District Court in Warsaw, then gained experience in different Warsaw law firms as a legal representative. As an attorney, she has conducted numerous divorce cases and cases related to alimony, contact with a child, parental authority, as well as separation of property, division of joint property of spouses and property disputes in cohabitation. She has also acted as a defender of minors in cases related to demoralization and criminal acts committed by children, as well as in criminal cases for failure to fulfill the obligation to pay alimony. In 2022, she obtained the title of mediator. She feels great in the courtroom, working with determination and an uncompromising attitude. Before joining the Muśnicki Law Firm, gained professional experience with civil law matters, especially related to family and custody law, including divorce and separation, alimony, legal restrictions and property division proceedings. Experienced in divorce cases, separation and cases involving minors, referring to place of abode, parental supervision, co-parenting custody and visitation schedules and alimony.
OFFICE MANAGER
A graduate of the University of Public Administration in Białystok. She gained experience in renowned law firms and legal advisors’ offices in Warsaw. She coordinates work of the office, creates, implements and controls the implementation of short-, medium- and long-term plans, creates the law firm’s strategy. She is responsible for preparing all reports, letters and analyses. She likes traveling and sports, especially handball.
